Here are the basics rules for the contest:

GENERAL

These Rules and Regulations are final on all matters relating to Halloween Photo Contest 2023 (the “Contest”). By applying, all entrants agree to be bound by these Rules and Regulations.

• [ ] Photos needs to be original in terms of decorations and costumes. No social media filters will be accepted.
• [ ] Please send the photoes to Amit Sahu (WhatsApp +1 6477082425) to be added to the list.
• [ ] There should be no names on the photos to keep the images anonymous
• [ ] Anonymity is important to keep the contest fair to all the participants. There will be no names and only random numbers will be assigend to each photoes.
• [ ] One devide can be used only once to vote for the contest.
• [ ] Max 3 Photoes per person will be considered. To increase the probabiliy add 3 photoes of each person.
• [ ] This contest does not have any age limits.

VOTING

Voting will be opened till 10th November 2023 to give everyone some time to prepare, upload and vote. The weightage will be shared 50-50 . i.e. 50% will be audience vote and 50% judges. Judges will be selected by the board. All 5 judges will provide marking to each image out of 10.

Example :

Image 1 : Has 100 Audience vote – 40 marks was given by the Judges (Provided by 5 Judges)

Image 2: Has 90 Audience vote – 20 marks was given by the Judges (Provided by 5 Judges)

Image 3: Has 95 Audience Vote – 30 marks was given by the Judges (Provided by 5 Judges)

Calculation (points):

Image 1 : 50 + 40 = 100

Image 2: 45 + 20 = 65

Image 3 : 47.5 + 30 = 77.5

PRIZES

Winners will receive no compensation, credit or prizing other than as disclosed in these Rules or otherwise provided at the sole discretion of the Contest Sponsor. Prizes are not transferable; no prize substitutions or equivalents are permitted, except by the Contest Sponsor at its sole discretion. In all cases, the Contest Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value for any of the Contest Prizes.

Prize distribution will be held on OSC Boita Bandana 2023 celebration.
